Work from home essentials: Google Workspace

  • Organize your most important docs in your personal workspace. Never hunt for a priority doc again!
  • Create a workspace for each of your workstreams. A good way to ease context switching!
  • Make cleaning your {virtual} desk part of your routine. Spend 10 minutes every Friday (or Monday, or whenever) clearing files you no longer need at your fingertips (taking them out of your workspace doesn’t delete them — just makes it easier to find the files you *do* need). No bleach needed!
