GO! A Startup and Growth Mindset Challenge- Round 2
When it comes to business, the positives of a growth mindset culture are obvious. It is necessary for businesses today to adapt to new technologies and trends and focus on innovation to face new age digital challenges and competition.

Dweck also believes that, “A growth mindset is when students understand that their abilities can be developed”
Today, a growth mindset is developed within school going children across the world where students are taught to embrace challenges with open arms and a failure is viewed as a learning experience.
